Specification External Plaster With Guiniting The entire external plaster is removed Sockets are fixed for grouting between the joints of RCC & brick work & in deteriorated concrete if found necessary by us. Steel reinforcement if exposed is treated with “Rusttkol” followed by EPOXY/RBR ROFF. The steel is then covered with EPOXY/ROFF RBR mortar. The entire surface is then covered with IRC galvanized fabric 10 cm sq. mesh, 10 guaze. The entire area is then covered with guiniting waterproof layer using guiniting process. The sockets are then grouted with our Waterproof compound mixed with cement slurry to fill up inherent voids, cavities, honeycombs, etc. The guiniting layer is then covered with backing coat. Finally the surface will be finished in sand faced texture.The average thickness of this treatment will be about 35mm.
