Electric power and electric light that may be required for the work shall be provided by the employer free of charge at the place of work.

The employer shall provide sufficient space free of charge on the site of the work for constructing hutments for our labourer and for our labourer and for storage dour materials as well as our site office.

Full co-operation shall be afforded by the employer ,his staff contractor and labourer as well as by the tenants and door occupantes in the case of occupied buildings to our staff and  labourer in    carrying out of the work.

The work will be out in accordance with the general specifications set out in the quotation, we however reserve the right to alter, amend those specifications to suit exigencies and in the interest of work.

The areas to be treated by us, viz. Terrace, Basements, Chajias, Tanks or any other part of the structure shall be handed over to us with surface suitable for our work and in clean condition i.e. free from all materials, rubbish and debris etc. Cost of making surface level and/or plumb and making them suitable to receiver water proofing treatment is not included in the quotation and such items if  carried out by us those  shall be charged as extra work.

Removing, Dismantling, Shifting Re-fixing, Replacing and` or adjusting of materials, furniture belongings of the employer and/or tenants, fittings, and fixtures of any nature whether in an old or anew building  are not covered by the quotation unless otherwise agreed and provided for.

Measurements shall be taken jointly with the Architects and/or representative of the employer if so desired by the employer/if the Architect and/or the representative or the employer remains absent after an appointment for taking measurements has been made, then measurements taken by us shall be accepted as correct for the purpose of our bill/bills.

Measurements for payments in all cases shall be as per the actual area covered by our treatment work including offsets, overlapping,  watas  etc. as found necessary by us at site executed &not as per  drawings and/or estimated quantities, or any other standards.

The entire area of the terrace roof  measured between the b4ck work (without plaster) of the parapets and other walls and the area of the waters, calculated by taking their length and the height above the finished level of the terrace shall be the basics of payment

Full payment of our bill/bills interim and final without any retention or deduction on any account shall be made to us by the employer within a week of submission of our interim bill and within a week of submission of our final bill.

The concerned Architects certificate in all cases shall be final and binding ibr the basis of payment

In the events of failure on the part of the employer to make payment of our interim bill within the stipulated period, we shall be entitled to suspend the work and the employer shall be responsible for the loss & damage suffered by us on account of such suspension work.
